If we’re doing both Task Manager and Account Recs (RCM) at the same customer, can a Task in Task Manager have an action type that will take you to an Account Rec, or are they living independently of each other?

Answer

You can configure a task to take you to an Account Recs workflow (see below), but not to a specific reconciliation:
