Question: What are the best practices for using a Forecast Working scenario, relating to Workflow Status? Is there way to revert all the forms and workflow once it has been copied away?

Answer

• There are 2 options that can be used to accomplish this:
  • If the data doesn’t need to be preserved in the ‘working’ scenario, a reset scenario data management job would work.
  • If data needs to be preserved in the ‘working’ scenario, an Extensibility Rule can be used with a Data Management job to change the WF status
• The following slide provides an example for reverting forms steps…be aware you would need to consider each workflow task type in your own rule.
