When migrating an application from on-premise to the cloud, who becomes responsible for installing the necessary things on the server?

• Whoever is hosting the cloud environment will be able to assist with anything that needs to be installed on the server.
• If OneStream is hosting the environment, a ticket can be put in with support for specific requests.
• Keep in mind, the customer who owns the application needs to put in the ticket due to SOX requirements.
