How to load Journal template in excel

I created Journal template in excel and tried loading via workflow. when I select it through 

,it goes through but nothing happens, meaning it does not get data populated to post it. It does not give any error either. attached is journal

Are you missing the month in the Workflow Time?  Will it take just 2022?
