How to migrate Report-Books from one Env to another in One Stream? Book is not available in the list of objects to export. Is it a different process as it comes to File Explorer?

You have to Download the Report Book from File Explorer and then upload in the desired application.

Aric is correct.  One additional note in case you or anyone else who looks at this is wondering.  You have to download & upload the files one at a time.  ☹️
