Rank by Percentage

We currently use the XFR_MemberListRanked business rule (from Golf Stream) to rank items in our cube views.  We have a request to rank based on percentage.  I'm curious if anyone has a solution for this or has done this in their application.

    The memberlist ranked business rule is to rank the list of metadata not to sort by the number.  You can do that in the value field.    The issue might become if you have mulitple columns of data, which one wins on the sort of values.
