Data Upload missing jan to sep data but loading oct to Dec

Hi, I added 5 more years in my forecast process, I am able to load csv data for first 4 years but having issue loading the similar data load to the last year. I can see only 3 month of data in my import M10, M11, M12. no Data load for M1 TO M09.  

Nothing change in our regular process, we are using the same data source and Transformation Rules. 

This is the error message i am getting.

    Hi, did you check if you have mappings set up in the time dimension for described periods? 

    Could also be that the mapping is set up and something changed in the source file of that year so that M01 is picked up instead of M1, or vice versa which may then not be part of the transformation rules.

    Could it be a range type scenario where the end of the range is before you data stops?
