workflow with different tasks from month to month
Hi all,
I would ask your help on this topic.
I would like to develop a workflow in which the requested steps are different from month to month.
The goal is to have a basic input package for all months plus additional steps required only during the quarter closing periods (MAR, JUN,SEP and DEC). See the example below

Forms: Balance Sheet, PL

FEB:
Forms: Balance Sheet, PL

MAR:
Forms: Balance Sheet, PL, BS movements, Additional disclosure (like flows, headcounts...)

I was thinking to create a special purpose scenario with a special scenario type. But before going with this customization I would like to be sure if I can achieve the same result using standard workflow features.
This is a quite common request from all customers involved in a statutory consolidation process. So maybe there is already a validated procedure or workaround.

On the Form Template you can specify time periods in which the Form is required.
