I am trying uploading a .csv file but i am getting transformation errors. In the source file the 3 rows are blank. How should I set the criteria value text anywhere within a line that triggers the lines to be bypass

Thanks Marcus, Ad per the design doc reference, I prepared this file and created Data source and TF rules for this. but not able to import this file. This is not form its a actual data flat file. Is there someting I am missing on ?
