OneStream Software has released Hot Fix v9.0.1 to address an issue observed during the v9.0.0 database upgrade process. The correction only updates the OneStream Database Configuration Utility and does not impact OneStream core functionality. This Hot Fix will ensure an uninterrupted database conversion for future upgrades to v9. Platform v9.0.1 is now on Solution Exchange, and all new v9 upgrades will be to v9.0.1. To ensure uniformity, all existing v9.0.0 customers will be upgraded to v9.0.1 during the regularly scheduled June 16 th maintenance window. v9.0.1 Release Notes are available on the OneStream documentation site. FAQ: Will the Hot Fix be Backwards Compatible with v9.0.0 Clients? Yes, the 9.0.1 Fix is backwards compatible with v9.0.0 clients. Will customers have to install the Windows desktop and Excel Add-in with the Hot Fix? No, the 9.0.0 Windows Desktop and Excel Add-In are compatible with the 9.0.1 Server and no client re-installation is necessary. Does Click-Once need to be updated as part of this Hot Fix? No, there are no changes required for Click-Once users. Users will see 9.0.1 indicated on their OneStream landing page indicating the connection to the 9.0.1 server.OneStream Certified Associate in Administration R2 Exam!

The OnePoints Program has just gotten better! The OneStream Certification Program is pleased to announce that the OnePoints submission process has been streamlined! Effective October 17, 2024, any OneStream training courses that you complete are automatically imported to CertMetrics and displayed on your earner dashboard. This enhancement provides you with a flexible and engaging way to maintain your certification and view your path to recertification in real-time! Here's what you need to know: Learn More: Certain activities still require a self-upload of evidence to CertMetrics for the Certification Team to process and award OnePoints. For the full list, visit the OnePoints webpage. These include activities such as: OneStream Webinars Tech Talks Writing a OneStream Community Blog Post Attending Splash and Wave Please log into CertMetrics and select “History” then “Upload Items” from the left-hand navigation pane to visit your OnePoints dashboard and upload your evidence of completion. View Completed Activities and Progress: To access a comprehensive list of your completed continuing education activities, log into CertMetrics and select “History” and “Continuing Education” from the left-hand navigation pane to visit your OnePoints dashboard. Once you’ve earned 40 OnePoints, your certified status will automatically be extended for an additional 24 months.
