    Looks like you might be grabbing the Scenario ID instead of the ScenarioType ID. Try this for the scenario type ID: 

    Dim scenarioTypeId As Integer = api.Scenario.GetScenarioType(scenarioId).Id

Looks like you might be grabbing the Scenario ID instead of the ScenarioType ID. Try this for the scenario type ID: 

Dim scenarioTypeId As Integer = api.Scenario.GetScenarioType(scenarioId).Id
