Parent and Base element difference

Hi OS Experts,  I need to make "AllowAdjustments" to FALSE (from TRUE) for Parent elements in the Entity Dimension properties. so, I exported the Entity dimension in xml file and edit it in Notepad...

If you need to do it quickly, I would use Grid View in the dimension library. Set you filter to E#[Your Entity].Descendants.Where(HasChildren = True).
