Text3 property for all Flow members revert to initial value (set at time of creation using BR) whenever we make a change in Flow dimension. Even if I update any other flow member manually or through BR all existing flow members Text3 get reset.

Yes, sounds like a ticket is your best way forward on this one.
Agree you will want to raise a ticket. But have you also checked in you have any Event Handler Rules in the application that could be incorrectly triggering whenever you save a member?
We have checked all BRs. We opened a ticket with OS and sent them our application after showing the issue. Will update here what comes out of that ticket.
