Unable to open application
Hi All,
The login is successful, but when I return to the OS app page, nothing happens and I can’t select or open any application. I’ve cleared the cache, the Desktop and 2.0 folders, and I also have the latest .NET runtime installed. Is there anything else I can try? Thanks
Recently we have had a few instances of this happening and (for us at least), the problem was that the time on the local computer was out of step with the actual time. This can be checked by going to https://time.is/

1. Full uninstall, restart and new install.
Windows folder - C:\Users\ID\AppData\Roaming\OneStream\Common\Settings
2. If that didn't solved the problem, please try what we did to resolve a similar problem.
C:\Users\ID\AppData\Roaming\OneStream\Common\Settings
- Are those four txt files present in your Windows folder - C:\...?
- If not, add the missing txt files in your Windows folder - C:\...- E.g., below was our resolution:
1. UserName: This file contains your username to log in to OneStream
- add the file and: ID (ck04747 = my ID/UserName)
2. WebServerUrl - This file contains a URL to log in to OneStream.
- add the file and: https://your.onestreamcloud.com/OneStreamWeb

Hi GParreiras
I would recommend reaching out to support, I wouldn't recommend uninstalling anything until checking in with Support
They can assist you with this
Hope this helps
