Hi Andrea, It sounds like you're taking the right steps to minimize zeros in the database. I don't believe we have a specific percentage recommendation as we know each application is unique and there are many use cases where loading or calculating zeros is necessary. The more impactful stat relating to performance is the largest data unit size. From there, you can analyze the amount of zero cells and determine if they're required. That being said, in the absence of knowing your customer requirements, 20% seems a tad high but if your data unit sizes are good and performance is acceptable, you can focus on other parts of the build.
