Bi Viewer not rendering charts when it refer in Dashboard (V8)

Hi, we are in the process of migrating into V8. while testing some of the dashboard we observe that BI Viewer is not rendering charts when it refers to dashboard. when running alone BI Viewer it is...

Thanks for your reply. We do use dynamic dashboards to switch pages based on a selection. The dynamic dashboard functions as it should, it's only the bi-viewer that problematic. For the workspace, the 'is shareble' setting is set to true.
