Thanks ND for the quick reply. Any feedback from OS customer rep when will they release for 32-bit version? 

Yup, we are currently doing the workaround as you pointed out but pretty annoying.

Hi Cherish,

OS hasn't confirmed that they would create a 32-bit version. I guess it would take them 2-4 weeks minimum, and our IT would take about 3-6 weeks on top of that to test, package and deploy on our end. That means at least 3-4 months of delay :-( 

I would recommend reaching out to your OS Customer rep to escalate the issue too.
