Tab Dashboard - Can I specify a default Tab?

I believe there is a fairly complicated way. Without having tested it myself. But the main dashboard holding the tabs, holds the embedded dashboards to be displayed in the tabs. These embedded dashboards can contain a parameter that defines which real dashboard it actually displays. So depending on the parameter fed to it, it can actually show different dashboards.
