Workflow creation/renaming with business rules

Hi all, Is there any way to automate workflow creation and step renaming using business rules ? Can someone provide an example please.  Thanks for the help.

Are you asking,

1.  If we can create a workflow profile from BR ?

2. Once workflow profile is created, Can we update workflow name?

    Our client wants to redefine his workflows. This implies creation and renaming of hundreds of wrokflows/steps.

    Any idea ?
