download dimensions

Hi! has anyone tried to download dimension data?  For example the entity dimension i want to extract in a relatively decent format ? and ideas on how?

Hi CMikes to download entity dimension data follow the below steps:
1. Navigate to Application
2. In the tools section at the bottom select load/extract
3. File type - metadata
4. Remove all selection then click arrow for dimensions
5. Select Entities available
