App copy failed, copying from production to development
We tried to copy from test environment to development environment which failed. we emailed Onestream who gave the following response:
'Thank you for logging this request with us. It looks like the app copy failed out due to a lack of storage space in your Prd1 environment. You can view the applications in your Prd environment by using the System Diagnostic tool. The latest release of System Diagnostics (PV620 SV200) now allows cloud customers to see up-to-date information on all Application Database sizes and Elastic Pool used space from within the OneStream application, under Environment Analysis reports. This is now available on our Solution Exchange website: (https://solutionexchange.
We can provide 2 potential solutions with this:
1. Delete any applications that are no longer in use. You can do this by entering in a Service Catalogue request.
2. Increase storage limit (which can incur costs)
We have couple of questions on the above:
1) how much is the additional charge and how much additional space do you get?
2) How do i view the applications in the PRD environment, can not see the diagnostics tool?
