For an on-premise customer, is there a protocol outlining the order of server/IIS restarts to completely reset the environment?

Answer

• This really depends on how many servers there are and is highly dependent on the customers environment.
• If the OneStream Support team performed the installation, they should have records of the environment setup and can provide recommendations.
  In general, the servers for OneStream can be restarted in any order…there are no dependencies.
