Question: If using a standard time dimension, how can weekly data be captured in a weekly scenario? Answer If not using a custom time dimension with weeks in place, the input frequency will not give you the option of weekly input. In this case, one could create weeks 1 – 5 within a UD for loading data. Using this approach would mean data is loaded to the relevant time period (i.e., month) but also the relevant UD week member. You need to consider this during design, since workflow or view requirements may influence whether a custom time dimension would be preferable.
