Asking for a way to load USD to a VND entity one time only

I have a customer. with a Vietnamese entity which normally loads data in their local VND currency but this month they can only provide the data in USD currency. So they are asking for a way to load USD to a VND entity one time only. Would they need to load the USD data into a separate USD entity and then roll that up to the VND entity?

I probably would create a new Flow member "EndBalUSD" and load the file there. Then in your regular EndBal flow member, put a formula to pull in the values from EndBalUSD into the USD cons member for that Entity in that period only.
