Is there a way to mass export multiple RCM T-Docs at once? Our customer is about to go through a merger and needs to take a snapshot of their current application to bring into another. We want to ensure all the pieces of the RCM solution properly migrates across.

Answer

• The RCM (or any of the MarketPlace Solutions) will not come across with an Application Database copy, because those solutions are not stored within the Application Database. Instead, they are stored in auxiliary tables.
• The auxiliary tables can be migrated from one environment to another, but only as a whole (you cannot do “piecemeal” migrations of these).
• If this is an Azure customer, you’ll need to work with the Cloud team to address.
