Question: During initial build, we used Workflow suffixes on Scenario Types thinking they would be needed. Now, they are not and should now be removed. It is our understanding that to get rid of these, we would need to clear all data in those scenarios…is this correct?

Answer Yes, once data has been loaded or the workflows have been used in any way and have logs associated with them, the only way either change the suffix or get rid of the root profiles is to clear all data and workflow logs using the Reset Scenario...

In the Windows application, is there a way for the Zoom to default to what was last selected – each page has a different zoom setting and each session requires users to set the zoom again.

Question: Users would like to copy form data to an excel for quick analysis without having to export, currently when copying to excel it seems to bring it back as text and puts the data into separate cells wherever commas are.

Answer This is a function of the Excel settings when last using an import of CSV data. Make sure comma is not the active delimiter choice in Excel…you can check by highlighting data & selecting “Text to Columns”. Source: Office Hours: 2019-08-22
