2 MIN READ Hello OneStream Community! We have some updates to share as we continue to improve the IdeaStream portal: IdeaStream Cleanup As indicated in a previous post, we have completed our first wave of Idea cleanup on the IdeaStream Community page! In this wave, aged ideas posted before 2025 with fewer than 5 votes have been removed from the Community. This periodic review and subsequent rationalization will ensure our full idea set remains current and prioritizes engagement with your ideas. We will continue to keep you updated on periodic evaluation and closure of Ideas on IdeaStream. IdeaStream Groups Additionally, we’ve added two new groups to represent our ongoing innovation at OneStream! You will now see Genesis and Connectors as additional groups through which you can share relevant ideas and suggestions. Please select Genesis as a group with relevant tags to share your ideas, suggestions, or enhancement requests related to objects and additional functionality in Genesis. Similarly, please use Connectors to share observations on existing data connector functionality to data sources or targets, or suggestions on other source or target systems to consider for future products. Idea Tagging Finally, we have updated the tags that are available in each of the Idea groups representing Product areas on IdeaStream. These will continue to evolve as we create new innovations, offerings, and focus areas across the platform. There will be additional refinement of the groups and tags on IdeaStream based on your feedback, which we will describe in a future post. We are currently evaluating the entire Idea submission workflow and continue to make the portal easier to use, search, and collaborate with your peers. What’s Next in IdeaStream We are preparing for even more enhancement of the IdeaStream experience going forward. Next areas of focus are the actual Idea intake process, and whether it would be easier to have a single area for new idea creation vs. the current setup by Product domain area. Also, we are continuing to enhance the main page design so that search, browsing, and reporting continue to become easier. This evolution is ongoing and we welcome your continued engagement along the way! As always, please keep your ideas coming via the portal and reach out to productgrowth@onestream.com with any questions or suggestions on IdeaStream.28Views1like0CommentsCommunity Highlights: September 2025

2 MIN READ We all know it can be a challenge to fit training into your busy daily routine. Between back-to-back meetings, chat messages from co-workers, and the long list of tasks that are due by the end of the week. For some learners, this is where on-demand training proves particularly helpful. You can fit it into your schedule when you have free time. But what do you do if you never get that coveted free time? This is where instructor-led training takes center stage. Block off your calendar (with permission from your boss, of course), mute the chats, and focus on LIVE learning. Attending a live training course with expert instructors allows you to devote your undivided attention to taking that next step in your OneStream journey. OneStream instructor-led training provides you with the ability to ask clarifying questions and get immediate answers and feedback. It allows you to gain exposure to how other users in the same (or differing) industries use OneStream. For example, you might participate in a live troubleshooting session or collaborate on case studies with peers from other industries. And best of all, it allows you, as the learner, to be more engaged due to the scheduled class time, group discussions, and real-time interaction with the instructor. If you are new to OneStream or are looking to deepen your knowledge, consider learning in a way that allows you to be fully immersed for a few days and stay present. Earn a micro-credential badge (a few examples below) to post on LinkedIn and CPE credits, too. Now through the end of 2025, we are offering special savings! Save 15% on PUBLIC INSTRUCTOR-LED TRAINING classes with the coupon code: ILT15%EXCLUSIVE Enjoy a 50% discount on the OneStream Certified Associates (OCA) - Administration R2 Exam or the OneStream Certified Specialist (OCS) - Reports & Dashboards Exam. To redeem, open a GES ServiceNow ticket with the Credentialing team. Note: This offer cannot be combined with other discounts. The coupon is only valid through December 31, 2025. Enrollment must be completed before the listed expiration date, but the class can be scheduled for Q1 2026. Exams must be taken by December 31, 2025. Check out our instructor-led training calendar in OneStream Navigator! Sign in to Navigator and select Instructor-Led Training at the top of your dashboard: Search for the course of your choice either by typing in the name or using a filter: You will see the location if the event is in-person, or it will be indicated if the course is live-virtual. You will also see the date of the first day of training and the start time, adjusted for your current time zone. Click View Details to start the registration process. Questions? Comment below! Or reach out to us anytime via a GES (Global Education Services) ServiceNow support case. We look forward to seeing you in the classroom soon!25Views1like0CommentsPre-Order Today: OneStream Security Essentials
