Question: In the data unit calculation (DUC) order, does it run formula passes 1-4 for the account dimension, then formula passes 1-4 for the flow dimension, etc.?

The DUC processes completes each formula pass for all dimensions before moving onto the next formula pass.

•This ordering can be seen when you run a Calculation with Logging:

• The full calculation sequence is as follows:
• Clear previously calculated data (based on StorageType)
• Run Scenario Formula
• Perform reverse translations by calculating Flow members from other Alternate Currency Input Flow members
• Business Rules 1 and 2 (as assigned to Cube)
• Formula Passes 1 through 4 (Account formulas, then Flow formulas, then UD1 formulas, UD2, … UD8) (as assigned to Member on Formula)
• Business Rules 3 and 4
• Formula Passes 5 through 8
• Business Rules 5 and 6
• Formula Passes 9 through 12
• Business Rules 7 and 8
• Formula Passes 13 through 16
