Task Manager - Frequency not working
I have my task manager set up by Weeks: Therefore, I've been using Frequency ranges as 1-52 or 1,2,3 etc. as from the Task Manager guide. Let's say I want to make only 1 task group start on W1-W3. I input that into the task group and individual tasks but still it doesn't show up. However, if I don't put any frequency range, it shows up for all weeks I publish. I just want it to show up for 1 week. BCA #1 doesn't show up at all in any charts but BCA #2 shows up in all weeks published. I've also set up my Close Dates but it still doesn't work: Any pointers or tips? Thank you
Cube View Time Out issue
Hello Team, I'm experiencing performance challenges with a CubeView that contains: 4 row dimensions (all using .base members) Multiple time period columns Dynamic calculations that are causing significant retrieval delays Current Challenge: The CubeView needs to be executed and its data exported externally, but the dynamic calculations are making the retrieval process extremely time-consuming. Attempted Solution: I've already tried converting the dynamic calculations to stored values using finance rules, but this approach has proven ineffective - it's still taking excessive time and not producing the desired results. Request: Could you suggest any alternative approaches or optimization strategies to improve the performance of this data retrieval and export process? Thank you for your assistance.
Disable dashboard for UX but run in desktop.
I have a dashboard that I want to run whenever I log into the desktop app, and it works just as expected, but it tries to run in the web browser UX and does not work right. How can I disable the dashboard from running in UX, but stay running for the desktop app?
XFGETCELL #REFRESH
Certain users aren't able to refresh sheet containing XFGETCELL. Only shows #REFRESH. In OneStream task activity, it shows that the task has failed with an error message "Summary: Error processing dimension. The item was not found. Dim, OneStream.Shared.Common.DimPk, 0, -1." This should not be related to access since I was able to refresh sheet using another profile with the same roles.
Report Books - Dashboard Chart
Hello, I have an automated report book and would like to expand the functionality to include charts (in addition to the existing cubeviews). I was able to add the chart, but I'm struggling with trying to control the formatting. I would like to modify the header and have the chart fill the page (too much white space). See below. Thanks! Is there a way to format the chart output, in particular I would like to enlarge the chart image and have it stretched across the page?Save Offline Copy
I'm getting the below error message regarding location when trying to save a file with multiple XFGetCell formulas offline. I've updated my preferences that an earlier question showed as a solution and refreshed the workbook (again) before attempting to save...but am unable to save the file without the formulas. I've tried directly to my desktop, various folders, where downloads go.... I can't find an acceptable location. Any help would be appreciated.
