We have some bunch of Step in our Sequence that we are calling it from Workflow Process step and this whole process is taking more than 2 hour around 2.5 hour . The process status is getting failed if it's running more than 2 hour but the Sequences is still running , as our process step showing failed we can't certify the Workflow . can you please help if there is way to fix this .

Also, as of v8.X this is exposed from within your app for Administrators. It can be found on the System Configuration tab if security has been granted to 'Administrators'. By default it is 2 hours.

Hi, there are different timeout settings on the server side. Assuming you are a SAAS customer, you can open a ticket and ask for changing the timeout setting to e.g. 3 hours.
If you are on premise, you could adjust it yourself using the OneStream Server Configuration Utility --> Task Inactivity Timeout (usually set to 120 minutes)
And / Or one can take a look at optimizing the processes you are executing, in case one might be able to improve performance.
