I did speak to support a year ago when we had the same problem. Apparently they were unable to replicate the issue and thus the ticket was eventually closed without further action.

I also had this issue. Just to clarify, I had set the "Framework Database Schema Name" and "State Database Server Connection" in the application server configuration to "dbo". These should instead match the names of the Framework and State databases ...
