Updates to the OneStream Community Blog Experience
Hello OneStream Community! The Community team is excited to share some minor updates to the blog and announcement feeds that should have a major positive impact on your Community experience. The Community Blog As you may have noticed, we’ve consolidated the multiple blog feeds you’re used to seeing into the Community Blog. This consolidation creates a singular feed for you to follow to catch all the latest news your used to seeing on the Community, including: Platform release info Technical blogs Webinar announcements Certification updates OneStream Press offerings Training course releases, updates, and enrollment opportunities Tech Talks and The OneStream Podcast promotions General Community news Much, much more! We’ve archived older, out-of-date posts, and focused on refreshing the Tags for all remaining posts in the Community Blog. Tags Be sure to review the updated list of Tags within the Community Blog to see what’s available. Remember, you may filter the blog posts you see by clicking any of the available tags listed. Doing so will send you to a new page with options to view posts with the selected tag by Most Recent, Most Viewed, or Most Likes. Top Navigation We’ve created a new top-navigation link to the Blog that jumps you directly to the updated space. The Resources section will still be available on the top navigation of the Community and contain the Technical Documents section, as well as other helpful links to internal and external resources for our Community members. Home Page We’ve also updated the homepage of the Community to include a news feed banner to help ensure all Community members are seeing the latest happenings with OneStream. What’s Next? Visit the Blog and click the bell in the top-right corner to subscribe so you don’t miss a thing. Happy February! Time flies! Just like that it's mid-February and that darn groundhog saw his shadow. While we may want to count the days until Springtime, we can't forget that January saw a lot of new faces and new discussions in our Community. It was also our first full month with the new design of the Community. We'd love to hear from you -- have you been enjoying the facelift Community received? Are there any features you love or hate? Over the next few weeks, you might notice some changes as we transition to a more advanced version of the community platform. We are working to improve your experience and provide a platform that better suits your needs. This upgrade will include: A new modern, user-friendly interface for the entire Community Rebranded graphics and iconography to create a unified and consistent brand experience A site rename from ONECommunity to OneStream Community While we strive to ensure a seamless transition, there may be minor disruptions during this period. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work towards enhancing your community experience and apologize for any inconvenience. May 2025: What an exciting month with OneStream Splash in Nashville! It was great to connect with many of you in person. Our Education Services area was buzzing with activity, as attendees stopped by to discuss their learning journeys and get their questions answered by our expert staff. OneStream Press was also a big hit, offering books at an exclusive discount that many of you took advantage of. We're looking forward to Splash Orlando next year and we certainly hope to see you there! April 2025: We're nearly halfway through the year! Where does time go? Next week is OneStream's Splash North America Conference! Will you be joining us in Nashville? We'll have an area dedicated to Education Services and staff on hand to answer questions about your learning journey. OneStream Press will also be there selling books with an exclusive discount. March 2025: Is it Spring where you are yet? It's been a long winter for some, but the days are getting much longer thankfully. Here's to hoping wherever you are there's some lovely new blooms and sunshine in your very near future! Most of our metrics continue to rise! We're seeing more visits and views across the entire Community, which is really great to see. February 2025: Finally it's about to be spring! For those that participate in daylight savings... did you spring forward yesterday? It's an exciting month with St. Patrick's day right around the corner for all you sassy lassies and lads. All of our metrics have been on the rise! We're seeing more visits and views across the board as well as more new discussions. It's a new year so that means it's time for one final reflection on 2024. We had a lot of changes in 2024, including a platform upgrade and a brand new moderator. There was also a lot of growth -- check out the below metrics. It's pretty impressive!
