Question: Is there a way to load FX rates through a workflow? The system admin wants it to be part of their regular workflow.

Yes.   A lot of clients use the XFSetFxRate function in an excel file to load FX Rates. This excel file could be opened within a spreadsheet component and assigned to a form or embedded on a dashboard. This form/dashboard can then be assigned to a workflow step. 

•Hint: Use Workflow Name "Workspace" to be able to select a dashboard for that step.
