Good Day
I would like to know if it is possible to extract a table out of a DEV onestream app and then upload that table in a UAT onestream app? If not, are there any tools on marketplace which can assist in doing so?

The easiest for you would be to contact Support and raise a ticket. They will do that on their side.
I am not aware of a way to do that from the support.
Do you need to do that regularly?

Thank you @NicolasArgente, I just needed one custom table I have created. I have resorted to using an business rule to resolve it
- Clear data using level 1 data unit (rather than level 2) on data load in Workflow and Data Integration
- Extract detailed user info with business rule in Rules
- WF Import in Workflow and Data Integration
- Central Import Status in Workflow and Data Integration
- File Explorer Incoming workflow folders missing in copied applications in Workflow and Data Integration
