POV Action on OS 9.0
Hi all, I'm experiencing a strange issue on OneStream (rel 9.2.0.18004) that was working as expected under previous release (8.*) In a dashboard I have combos that let me select Scenario and Time, with a "POV Action" that set them back setting - respectively - WFScenario and WFTime parameters. Now, starting from the above mentioned release, whenever I change a combo, the focus moves from the dashboard, opening the selected Workflow. So, the User is experiencing something like: Launch the Dashboard Select Scenario System opens current WorkFlow Open back my dashboard Select Time System opens current Workflow Open back my dashboard Run the action In previous release, the POV Action didn't took the User away from the current dashboard. Have you experienced the same issue ? Is there a workaround to let the user stay in the dashboard ? Thanks in Advance FabioGFabioG16 hours agoContributor II8Views0likes0CommentsONC - IntercompanyDetailAllPlugaccounts - Suppress matches
Hi, We have moved to v9, and the previously used IC matching methods are giving us issues. For this we have a ticket open with support, and they have pointed us towards ONC. We use something very similar to the intercompany all plugs, but then supressing any combinations that are matching. Is there a way to filter the IntercompanyDetailAllPlugAccountsGridView_ONC to suppress the matches? It seems to be working in our development environment, but would be great if we can supress the matches as this is something that will be required. We have tried this: {WS}{GetIntercompanyDetailAllPlugAccountsGridView}{View = |!Members_View_Numeric_ONC!|, SuppressMatches=True} But that does not seem to work. Does anyone know if we can assign an Input Mask to Text Box components? Using version 8.5.4, I have a few dashboards that make use of Text boxes for data collection and I don't see a way to assign an input mask to the text box. An input mask is a string expression that constrains input to support valid input values. If the text box is expecting a dollar amount, the input mask would format the entry as number format #,###.00. For capturing a telephone number (North America format), the mask would be (000)000-0000. If this doesn't exist, can the dev team add this to future releases? We've encountered the following challenges when working with graphs in Genesis: All displayed values are prefixed with a "$" symbol. We are unable to modify graph colors effectively, as changes made in the ColorSet do not reflect on the graphs. We require the functionality to apply scaling independently within each graph. To address these issues, we request the ability to customize these settings either individually within each Genesis block or globally through the ColorSet/settings configuration. Hi All, When opening a cube view via OS Genesis cube view tree view, the content block can take a while to open. Even though there is no data, it is a simple cube view PnL. Opening it via cube view or dashboard takes only 2 seconds with data. Is there a way to improve the performance of the cube view tree view content? Appreciate your help on this.cons15 days agoNew Contributor III13Views0likes0CommentsShape the Future of OneStream Certification: Take the Financial Close Beta Exam - Deadline Extended!

Hi Community :) We are currently in development with regard to loading sub-ledger data into OneStream, but the balance specifications are so granular that we currently have them split into about 10 distinct loads. Because of this setup, our end users are being forced to manually click "Load and Transform" 10+ times to get a complete sub-ledger balance loaded for the period. Obviously, this is tedious, creates a poor user experience, and introduces a lot of room for human error. We want to streamline this. What is best practice to do this?jeffvdt5 days agoNew Contributor III20Views0likes0Comments
