8.0+ Deadline

Does anyone know if there is a deadline for when we have to upgrade to Vs 8.0+? We are just now updating to Vs 7.4.2 and curious if we need to start planning for 8.0 this year or can push it off a little bit more. Thanks and appreciate the help.

Platform v7.4.x was released in March 2023, so we're coming up on 18 months soon.  Including Platform v8.4.0, planned for relase later this month, there will have been 5 platform releases subsequent to v7.4.

OneStream is strongly recommending customers get to Platform v8+ to realize technology modernization, performance, functionality, and usability enhancements (modern browser experience is GA with Platform v8.4!).
