BI-Blend base data does NOT match any Aggregation Base Members. - What does this error mean

This error appears when a member in a load file not mapped to a base member of a specified Dimension Aggregation Info parent member.

E.g. when an account is mapped to a target account A9999, and that account is not a base member of P1000 (as this is the specified Account Aggregation Info member in the below screenshot), the system cannot aggregate this account according to the hierarchy in the account dimension and returns the error accordingly.
