Technical issue to open Lab10

Hello Everyone,

I am experiencing difficulty in accessing Lab 10 of the 'OneStream Retrieves for OS Essentials - Building Basic Reports' course. Surprisingly, the rest of the labs in this course open without any issues. Is anyone else encountering the same problem?

Just so others are aware that " In an effort to improve OneStream’s overall support experience, we have moved our support from email to the OneStream Support Portal. This mailbox will no longer be monitored. All Global Education Services-related inquiries should be submitted using the GES Case form on the ServiceNow Support portal at https://onestreamsoftware.service-now.com/."
