Sounds like your data doesn't line up if you're going from a yearly input scenario to a monthly input scenario. You'd likely be better off using a business rule if you need to do math to break down the yearly amounts into monthly amounts.

I wouldn't recommend changing this property in your specific case. It will potentially change the data that you've already loaded. If you're aiming to report zeros for future months in a report, you can do that directly in the cube view.

Please check your application to ensure that your calculations are wrapped with RemoveZeros where necessary.

You could write code into the rule to return True if the time is 2022 or prior. This doesn't prevent the rule from being triggered but will pass it regardless of the other conditions you're checking for it.
