Hi @Tahina,
Unfortunately this seems to be a known issue:
"From v8.1 and through v8.2, there is now a known issue with this functionality and QuickPost does not appear back as an option when you do the above mentioned.
This bug has been submitted to our development team. You may use this reference ID, PF-31570, to check on the status at any time. You may also see this ID on future version release notes when it is fixed.
The workaround for now is that non-admin users will have to follow the full ‘Validate/Approve/Submit/Post’ process in order to post a journal entry. "

Hi,
Do your settings possibly vary by scenario type?
Maybe the settings on "(Default)" appear fine, but Prevent Self-Post may be set to True on the (e.g.) Actual scenario type?

Hi Henning,
The settings don't vary by scenario type. We only have Actual scenario type and all settings are set to (use default).
Thank you.

Too bad, that would have been a quick fix.
Just to confirm, admins can use the Quick Post button?
