Hi everyone,
This is a new application and I cannot start OneStream using the shortcut. It gives me the error below. I am still able to open the app but needs downloading it everytime.
I checked this note but it did not work:

This sounds like a Support case, please raise a ticket. As a suggestion, I expect the issue is with your local IT locking down the browser so that "Your Web browser settings do not allow you to run signed applications."
Note that you also have the alternative to install the full client, from the Client package available in Marketplace under the Platform section.

Hi everyone,
We get the same issue and it's was resolved by enabling the Clickonce:
1- Try typing this url into the search bar "edge://flags" it will bring up the browsers flag options.
2- Type "clickonce" into the search bar and the clickonce settings should appear.
3- Make sure they are set to enabled.

Did you manage to solve this issue?
We encountered the same issue in new application that the user cannot start OneStream using the shortcut and always need to download.
We have done the steps from the note OneStream Product Support - Error Starting Click Once Windows Application "Application cannot be sta... and enabled ClickOnce on edge but still got the same error.
