Monthly standard excel report distribution to non onestream users

What are the options available in onestream to distribute monthly standard excel reports (Email/Save to a network drive/Sharepoint site) to non onestream users?  

Also high level steps would be wonderful for the set up.

Use the Market Place Solution: Parcel Service to email the reports
Create the reports (xfDocs)
Create a Distribution Group (Group of users/emails)
Create a Package (reports to send)
Create a Package Group(Group of packages)
Create a business rule to ship the package group
Create a Scheduled task to run the business rule

apologies, this is not the answer you are looking for exactly. I am honestly not sure what the contracts say about this as I have no view into this. Personally, my recommendation is to talk to your sales representative. I believe there are options for restricted users that may be of interest for you.
