How to update the %Completion of a DM sequence/step.

Hi,
I am running a BR extender that starts a DM sequence with many steps. I can not find a way to update the %Completion. Those steps are all running a BR.
Anyone knows how to do that?

The Specialty Planning marketplace solutions show some examples on how to update task activity. In the latest People Planning release, the below snippet is in the 'CalculateSinglePlan' sub within the Dashboard Extender rule 'PLP_SolutionHelper':
